I become the husband of my beautiful wife, Phyllis, in July of 2007.
I am a country/gospel/classic rock musician and play regularly at Whitey's Music Barn in Wheelersburg, Ohio, on Friday and Saturday Nights.
I also play music at the Rivers of Joy Baptist Church in the morning and evening services on Sundays.
I am an ordained minister and preach at various churches in the area.
I was involved in the "Crusade for the Blind" TV Show in Louisville, KY in 1967-1968. One of highlights of my experience on the show was singing "Harper Valley PTA" with Diana Trask. In 1979, I participated in the 4-H Variety Show in Louisa, KY.
I won first place in the event and traveled to Greenup and there competed against a professional musician. I won first runner-up in this competition. It was the first time in the history of the competition in Greenup that an individual won first runner-up.
I have been involved in seventeen gospel groups and seven country bands. I thank the Lord for all of it!
